Food Prep cases are ergonomically designed to allow employees to prepare foods for customers in an ADA / NSF conforming system that is comfortable and customer friendly. They are available with removable Poly-board work surfaces, refrigerated condiment pans, lighted refrigerated rear storage, and in some models refrigerated self-service fronts. Sneeze guards are available in fixed or movable styles. Other options include above glass storage shelves, extended depth cutting boards and painted or laminate case bodies.
